It was from this very crucial conversation that Wall2Wall Fitness was born!
Our team created Wall2Wall based on our years of experience with physical therapy, aqualogix, yoga, and nutritional body-typing. We utilized our collective knowledge to help ease your new journey into better health and wellness! We care about our members and want to bring you the best possible information so that you can experience your best self.

Health and fitness have played such a huge role in my life. I have always been intrigued by the way bones, muscle, healing, etc. work. I support people in making desired positive changes in their self-image or physical health through exercise and stretching. As an injury exercise specialist and fitness trainer, I encourage people to achieve their goals with strength and efficacy.
