I support people in making desired positive changes in their self-image or physical health through exercise and stretching. As an injury exercise specialist and fitness trainer, I encourage people to achieve their goals with strength and efficacy. As a health and fitness coach my goal is to support, encourage, and motivate others to reach their physical, mental, and spiritual best. I became a client of Katie Cardoza Fitness several years ago and I was immediately impressed by how much Katie cares about her clients. Katie listened to my goals and assessed my fitness level. We began with individual personal training sessions and during those sessions I was able to really improve muscle tone and strengthen muscles that I would use during normal daily activities. I also learned quite a lot about proper exercise form, improving balance, and how to prevent injuries.
